WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT!
Did you know all of our breads are wheat free?! Classic Rye is made with 100% whole grain, unbleached, un-bromated rye flour. Fine Rye, while still 100% rye, has the exterior of the rye berry removed prior to milling, which allows this bread to be lighter in texture than our Classic Rye. Classic Rye with Carrots uses a blend of Classic and Fine flours - Classic being the majority.
Looking for dietary fiber? We've got plenty of it! Just one slice of our Classic Rye with Carrots has 10 grams of fiber per slice! Classic Rye has 9 grams. Both Fine varieties have 4 grams. How about protein? We've got that, too! A minimum of 4 grams of protein in our breads. You'll find the most in our Classic Varieties.
